Cynthia (Cindi) M. Jolly has joined the Highmark team as Director of Education Services. “We are delighted that Cindi has joined Highmark. She has deep experience in the education field and joins us at a pivotal time in Highmark’s growth,” said Mel King, President. “Cindi understands the opportunities and challenges within a global education environment and brings a customer focus to her work in local and international settings. She has extensive relationships in the education industry and in developing public-private partnerships. We’re confident she will help us to enhance and expand our services to education customers.” Cindi will be based in Highmark’s Cary, NC office. Cindi brings to Highmark Companies over thirty years of experience in education. She previously served as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction with the Wake County Public School System and worked as a director at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Community Outreach at NC STEM (MCNC) and the North Carolina New Schools Project. Additionally, she was a senior consultant for the North Carolina Center for 21st Century Skills in the Office of the Governor and for the Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM. Cindi holds an undergraduate degree in English from North Carolina State University, a Master of Education in Curriculum from Duke University and completed her Advanced Graduate Studies in school administration, policy and organizational development at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
