In October 2010, U.S. Army Center for Substance Abuse Programs awarded Highmark a contract to execute the transformation of business operations relative to its pending BRAC move. The contract also requires support of the Army’s reintegration of various components of it substance abuse program. Highmark has dedicated 5.5 analysts to the contract who provide project management, administrative support, risk reduction program management, prevention and education analysis, financial management, and several special projects.
